Hi Tea,

we are getting below error, can you let us know what is the issue behind it ?

DataSourceException: ASPOSE Service Exception : System.CalloutException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns “HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable”

we are using pdf merge to merge our .docx documents to pdf. we are getting this issue intermittently and clients have been reporting.

Before that, another issue is showing: ‘System.CalloutException: Read timed out.’ On our side, we are using Aspose v4, and the file size is 52 KB.

Code we are using for upload the file and download the file.

Also can you let us know, for the read time out error , should we whitelist IP range?

I’ll ask the admin team to check, but we haven’t had any issues with the token API recently. As I see in the first message in the topic, you faced 503. There was an issue two days ago with the v1.1 version, but v4.0 is working as expected.

Our most of the clients are in Version 4 and some of them (2) getting this issue in v4 intermittently. As temporary solution we revert back to V1.1 on 16th Apr its stable till now. This issue not reproducible in our dev org.
