Are you able to create annotations and/or flatten annotations via the PDF.Cloud API?

Thank you for contacting Aspose Support.

Unfortunately, at present, we are only offering APIs to read document annotations but not to create an annotation. I have logged a request for our Development team PDFCLOUD-321 to implement this API at the earliest. I will update you here as soon as the API is implemented or I have feedback from our Development team.
