Convert PowerPoint Presentation to HTML with Aspose.Slides REST API throws Object reference not set to an instance of an object error

Hi,

Could you advice please, what this error exactly mean: Object reference not set to an instance of an object?
Could you please give us a support to eliminate it? What can we do to avoid such errors in the future?
We cannot identify what happened wrong that the presentation could not be processed successfully.
