Configured FTP Storage but keeps throwing error when going to Files

I configured an FTP storage the same way I did for FileZilla to keep files; I verify it, and the connection is valid.

But when I go to Files in my Dashboard, it keeps throwing the error “Cannot get files for the selected storage”. I don’t know what to do.

I am having the same issue - new setup, have created FTP storage, but getting error messages. DO we have a likely resolution time?

Check the storage connection in the dashboard on the
Storages tab → Select Storage → Verify Connection
if you see message: “Invalid connection”:

  1. Check the availability of the host on the Internet.
  2. If you Require explicit SSL over TLS, check if the certificate is valid and not self-signed.
  3. Ftp should work in Passive mode.

else if Verify Connection is ok:

  1. Check the availability of the ListDirectory ftp command.
  2. The ftp server must be writable.

If all options are met, please share your configuration for the ftp server.
