CAD Cloud API access missing from token (api.cad scope)

Hello Aspose team,

I have created an Aspose Cloud application and can authenticate successfully, however all CAD endpoints return Unauthorized.

My OAuth token scopes are:
api.billing, api.identity, api.products, api.storage

The api.cad scope is missing, and /v3.0/cad/formats fails.

Could you please enable CAD Cloud API access (trial or subscription) for my account so I can evaluate DXF ↔ DWG conversion via REST?

  1. The user’s OAuth token is missing the api.cad scope, which is required to access CAD Cloud API endpoints such as /v3.0/cad/formats .
  2. Access to Aspose Cloud CAD APIs requires a valid subscription or trial that includes CAD functionality, which needs to be enabled on the user’s account .

To resolve this issue, please ensure that your Aspose Cloud account has a subscription or trial plan that includes CAD API access. If you’re using a trial or subscription that should include CAD access but still don’t see the api.cad scope, it may require manual activation on the backend. You might need to contact Aspose support directly to confirm and enable CAD API access for your account.
