Hi - we are currently experiencing 502 errors (no API calls are currently succeeding). The problem is replicated using different documents, upgrading to the current Nuget package and deploying in different environments. Are you able to confirm if this is a server issue?
Also reliant on this in our production environment. We require a fix ASAP
We have restarted the service. It is working fine now. Please try and let us know if you still face any issues.
@tilal.ahmad thanks for the update. We are still seeing 504s intermittently so it appears that this isn’t fully resolved
