We suddenly are getting “Authentication Failed!” when trying to count pages of a pdf file and our production service is not working.
Also we realize the storage cannot be verified. We didn’t changed them but now when trying to verify the connection always get a “Invalid connection” message, and the following response for the request:
We’re sorry, an internal error occurred.
Our supporting staff has been notified of this error and will address the issue shortly.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am afraid we can not find any details against your associated email id in our server logs. Can you please share your Client id or account email id of the account calling aspose cloud APIs?

Thanks for sharing the Client id. Please note we have updated our authentication system. The new system is case sensitive for Client Ids, whereas the previous one was case insensitive. You had uppercase Client Id in the database, but you are using lowercase Client Id, so it causes the problem. However, we have updated your Client in the database to lowercase. Now your existing code should work as excepted. If you still face any issues please let us know.
