We suddenly are getting “Authentication Failed!” when trying to count pages of a pdf file and our production service is not working.
Also we realize the storage cannot be verified. We didn’t changed them but now when trying to verify the connection always get a “Invalid connection” message, and the following response for the request:
We’re sorry, an internal error occurred.
Our supporting staff has been notified of this error and will address the issue shortly.
