Aspose.words Cloud - Service Down/Intermittent - BLOCKING - URGENT

The API service is timing out our request from circa 5pm GMT yesterday evening. It states that the issue has been fixed on the status page, however the issue very much persists with the symptoms of our requests now time out which previously completed in 10-20s

Can you investigate this urgently and report a likely ETA for the fix.

Can you please provide more details about the specific API requests you are making and any error messages you are receiving?

Hello,
We are making a mail merge request where we parse merge fields, field data and the template and aspose is compiing this document.

Nothing has changed on our side and this process generally takes 10-20s for standard reports and a minute for a large one to get the response.

Our timeout threshold for the background worker is set to 5 minutes and we have now increased this to 10 minutes yet we get no response, not even an error message from aspose. Just no response at all so the request timeout occurs on ourside.

Aspose has anothe rmajor outage that needs to be investigated urgently.

I asked the admin team to look it ASAP.

Hi, did you have any feedback from the admin team?

We experience a high load on service so they adjust the settings, we hope it will be stable soon.

Hello, thank you for the feedback, do you know if there is a backlog of requests or if the service is not operational yet as we, as of yet have not had any requests successfully completed.

I tested the service, and now it works okay regarding response time. We are still investigating what caused such a load

Thank you for the feedback, if you could update us as to the cause that would be useful. Has Aspose considered scaling resource to cope with fluctuating demand?

It was a hardware issue; the VM moved to another machine
