Our code utilizing https://api.aspose.cloud/v4.0/words/convert?format=txt via curl has started hanging. Same when we try to use the PHP SDK Composer package.
This page is also generating a 500 error when trying to convert a PDF to TXT: Curl Convert A File Word, PDF, JPG REST API
Is there an issue at the moment? The status page doesn’t show an issue but my tests seem to indicate an issue. I first noticed it yesterday and it persists today.
Update. This appears to only be a problem with certain PDFs. Some PDFs convert just fine. Attached are some examples causing the system to hang.

Yes, I tested both of these pdfs and conversion failed for them, I’m analyzing this issue.
If it helps, I’m pretty sure Aspose was able to convert these PDF at one point in time because one of our environments had the text stored for them. Unfortunately, I am not sure the last time they were successfully converted. So, it seems a change on your end introduced the problem at some point.
