Aspose.Total /words/convert API fails

We have a paid Aspose.Total subscription, since 23rd July 2024, https://api.aspose.cloud/v4.0/words/convert is failing with the error:

I am also not able to authorise the Application (client id and secret) to test here Aspose.Words Cloud - API References, it says the client is not authorised.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please share your client id. I will ask the billing team to share the information and fix it

One question: do we need to get approval for each client ID we create? We also have three other applications (client IDs)
