Aspose REST API service to manipulate office file formats is down?

I am getting the error below trying to connect to api.aspose.cloud. Is the service down?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. It seems there would be some temporary network issue that prevent you to connect with aspose.cloud server. However, we have tested it at our end, it is working fine. Please double check again and confirm if you are still facing the issue.

We understand the server outage issue’s sensitivity, we take the server issues as a high priority task and start working on them straight away for necessary measures to avoid server outage in future.
