Aspose.PDF convert PDF annotations to Word comments

Hello, I would like to know whether it’s possible to convert Word comments to PDF annotations and vice-versa? I believe it’s ok for Word → PDF as I found https://reference.aspose.com/words/java/com.aspose.words/layoutoptions/#setCommentDisplayMode-int.
