We use aspose-pdf-cloud-node.js to convert Word documents to PDF. It has been stable for over a year, but since three days ago, we have been frequently encountering network connection timeout errors. Is it due to our usage or some other reason?

We are seeing the same issue. We are also doing word-to-PDF conversion, wrapped in the .NET class library. We see a mixture of “Bad Gateway” and “Gateway Time-out” errors. We’ve observed failures since Friday May 3rd but previously the service has been rock solid.
where is aspose support ? 502 Bad Gateway !!!
We are encountering an increase in 502/504 errors again when trying to call Aspose Cloud Words/PDF - it seems this fix has regressed. This is unacceptable for a production environment and needs to be rectified ASAP.
