Aspose Dashboard not working in Japanese Environment

When I press the “Upload a File” button on the “My Files” screen of the Dashboard, the “Select files” dialog opens, but I cannot operate it.
“Close”, “Refer to”, and “x” are all buttons that do not work when pressed.
The “Create a Folder” and “Download” screens are also similar. Please tell me how to deal with it.

On both screens, clicking on the buttons and text boxes does not work.
