Could you please provide an update on the service restoration status?
We are still experiencing outages and the API remains unavailable on our side. This issue is impacting our document generation process in production.
Do you have an estimated timeframe for full recovery, or any workaround we can use while the investigation continues?

Same here - the ability to generate PDF documents is mission-critical. Please advise if there are any temporary options.
