I am trying to determine how much Aspose for Cloud storage is provided for each subscription level. I see a trial account has 250 MB. Does this go up with each subscription level?

Yes, Aspose for Cloud storage allowance changes from 2GB to 10GB or even more depending upon your plan. You can sign in to your free account and click 'Upgrade Plan' button and then click 'Buy Now' button next to your desired plan to see the size of Aspose for Cloud storage for that plan.
You can also use FTP or third party storages (including S3, DropBox, Box, Google Drive and Google Cloud etc.) with Aspose for Cloud service.

As an update, please note now the new plan doesn’t have any storage size limit. But we delete files after a certain period based on the storage mode.
