Aspose Cloud Dashboard doesn't work

I use to upload my word template file to the cloud for the mailmerge operation. But since this morning I cannot login to the dashboard. The webpage responds with an error.

Unfortunately, is down and our Platform team is working hard to diagnose the issue and fix it at the earliest.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

@vmtech.devops is working fine now. We are going to spend serious time to ensure this issue would never happen again.

It’s now down again. 2 times in a few weeks is not a good sign.


We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have logged the issue BILLING-3990 in our internal tracking software for our Platform team to fix the issue at the earliest.

I am continuously in contact with our Platform team and will keep you updated on the progress.

@patrick_daly is working fine now. Our Platform team is thoroughly investigating the issue that caused to go down.
