Currently we are using:
Aspose Cloud PDF API: 20.7.0
Aspose Cloud Word API: 20.8.0
We are trying to upload HTML file & convert it to PDF using cloud APIs. Till 12th January 2021, the APIs were working fine. Now all the APIs are throwing errors. Please find the details of the error below: asposeUploadError.png (6.5 KB)
We request you to look in to this issue asap. Since it is blocking us in our app.
I am afraid the APIs are working fine at our end. Please use the updated API Versions and SDKs. It should resolve the issue. Otherwise, please share your sample working code with us to reproduce the issue at our end. We will look into it and guide you.
thanks for getting back to us. But if you see the attached screenshot, the APIs are responding internal server errors constantly. And we are not getting charged also for any of our calls. We believe it is an issue where our payment method is not getting properly applied.
We will share the sample code with you but please note that our code [without making any changes] works perfectly fine if we create another trial test account with aspose cloud.
this is prod grade system we are building and this issue has been crippling us from all angles.
If it works for you, we can send over an online meeting invite [zoom] so you can jump on a call with us and we can show you the exact failure. Even walk you through the code.
We are looking forward to your sample code. Please also share your credentials in a private message. It will help us to test your code and investigate it exactly.
Please note that we are getting the following error for line number 406, where we try to upload html zip file [âpdfApi.uploadFileâ]
We commented out line 406, manually uploaded html.zip file & tried to convert uploaded file to PDF. But we got the same âinternal server errorâ for âpdfApi.getHtmlInStorageToPdfâ API call. Please find the code snippet below: asposeCodeSnippetDownload.png (85.6 KB)
Please find the HTML zip file which we used for testing below: htmlFiles.zip (2.9 KB)
We managed to reproduce your reported issue and logged a high priority task PDFCLOUD-1845 to investigate it further and fix accordingly. We will notify you as soon as it is resolved.
We are still working on the issue. It is taking more time than expected. We will update you as soon as we made some significant progress towards issue resolution. Thanks for your patience and cooperation.
About the above issue, we have also published Aspose.PDF Cloud SDK for Java 21.1. We strongly recommend switching to the latest SDK version. The older SDK version than 21.1 will not work after the release of Aspose.PDF Cloud 21.2(February 2021 release).
