Aspose 4.0 Mirror API is not working

Hi Team,

we are seeing issues with aspose mirror API not working for any of our clients, can you let us know if this issue is resoved

Error Generating Document: ASPOSE File Upload Service Exception : DataSourceException:[]: Aspose JWT Authentication Failed - HTTP 503: Service Unavailable - Response:

503 Service Unavailable

No server is available to handle this request.

I shared that info with the admin team, waiting for their answer

We have multiple Clients affected because of this issue, can you please treat this as High priority and provide an update as soon as possible?

I assigned a critical priority to that issue, once it will be fixed or I have any updates I will share it with you. You can try switch to api without mirror, may be salesforce now able to work with it.

@yaroslaw.ekimov

we moved back to [https://api.aspose.cloud] from mirror api but facing same issue below

Error Generating Document: ASPOSE File Upload Service Exception : DataSourceException:[]: ASPOSE Access Token Exception: Read timed out (Check credentials and network connectivity)

@centris.aspose
Admin team has solved that issue, I tested it on my side and it works, please check at your side, api-mirror has to be available at your end also.

@yaroslaw.ekimov

We are still getting the same error for the Mirror API.

Error Generating Document: ASPOSE File Upload Service Exception : DataSourceException:[]: Aspose JWT Authentication Failed - HTTP 503: Service Unavailable - Response:

503 Service Unavailable

No server is available to handle this request.

@centris.aspose yes, it failed again… I asked admin to check why this happened again, the issue is connected to different clusters, we put mirror to different cluster and now connection between them seems to be failing randomly.

@centris.aspose please check now, it must be fixed

@yaroslaw.ekimov

Thanks for the quick response, this is working fine now. Do we have any RCA for this which we can provide to the clients for the Major outage?

@centris.aspose
Sure, it happened due to communication problem between two clusters, the cluster where the mirror of our api is hosted obtain new IP address, so that’s why mirror points to unavailable service. It was fixed, and must not happen again.

@yaroslaw.ekimov

Thanks for the update!

@yaroslaw.ekimov

We are getting the same issue again on production and sandbox orgs, can you please investigate this on priority.

Error Generating Document: ASPOSE File Upload Service Exception : DataSourceException:[]: ASPOSE Service Exception: Read timed out (Check file content, size, and network connectivity)

System.CalloutException: Read timed out

The failure occurs during the file upload/document processing step , please check

@centris.aspose
The admin team is investigating the issue.

@yaroslaw.ekimov Any update on this ?

@centris.aspose it was resolved at Friday night, it was entire cluster failure so our entire API was down.
