Aspose 1.1 is not responding and we are getting multiple clients reporting the API is not working. Can you quickly check?

v4.0 is working fine, just checked.

It was a hardware issue; the admin team will share the RCA shortly

A temporary internal DNS dependency issue caused hostname resolution failures for some services. Service functionality was restored after DNS redirection.
