Aspose 1.1 is having intermittent issue from last week during document merge

Aspose 1.1 is having intermittent issue from last week during document merge and multiple clients has been reporting it… is there any downtime happened or happening today with aspose server. sometimes we see blank documents

@centris.aspose

Could you please provide more details about the specific error messages or behaviors you are encountering during the document merge process?

Document is not loading in salesforce custom VF pages and lightning and loading blank page without any document merge

Sorry for the inconvenience. I will check with the admin team why this happened again.

@yaroslaw.ekimov Any update on this issue? we are still experiencing this issue on our dev salesforce orgs

They are looking into the issue; I will contact you with information when it comes

@yaroslaw.ekimov
do you have Root cause analysis for the issue that caused down time? we want to communicate to the clients and they have been asking us

The admin team is working on bringing this service back online. Still, as I understand, the 1.1 version is going to be dropped in the near future as it is an ancient version of our API that has not been supported for several years but has left for backward compatibility. Once they share the statement about when they will shut down the 1.1 version, we will contact you to give you enough time to upgrade to the v4.0 version of the API.

Is everything working now? As we tested it and it’s okay now.

@yaroslaw.ekimov

Yes it is working now, we are pushing clients to use Aspose Version 4.0 as well. please provide the date for us so we can plan ahead

@yaroslaw.ekimov
Can we get Root cause analysis for this since it is working now so we can update our clients

It was due to billing transfer to other cluster, we hope this won’t happen again.

@yaroslaw.ekimov
Clients noticed that this is the 3rd time now we have had an outage since Jan 8. Oddly it seems to be happening every 6 days. January 8, January 15, January 21. Each time it went down for roughly 45-60 mins and “fixed” itself

below are the root cause Provided:

Jan 15th : outage issue due to billing transfer to another cluster
Jan 21st : cluster outage

can you provide Root cause analysis for Jan 8th?

this is impacting all clients and now seems to be happening frequently can you please help us to get an understanding of what is happening?

I will ask the admin team to share that data.
