Asopose WORD and PDF taking too long (84secs for 5 calls) causing 502 gateway error for clients

Our Clients are experiencing 502 Gateway errors while using features that incorporate Aspose.cloud.word and Aspose.cloud.PDF

Please advise. has been occurring for the last 12 hours.

This has happened a number of times and has required Container restart from your side. Clients cannot use our system at the moment could you please advise ASAP.
