I noticed that my recent invoice charged my API usage at a rate that does not match the pricing shown on the Pay-As-You-Go pricing page.
Here is what I observed:
- API Calls: 7,002
- Total Amount Charged: USD 171.30
According to the tiered pricing described on your website (free 150 calls, next 1,000 calls for $30, then $0.09, $0.07, etc.), the total should be much higher—around USD 556 based on the published structure.
However, the invoice applied a single flat rate that does not match any of the tiers.
To better understand this, could you please clarify:
- Which billing plan is currently applied to my account?
(Pay-As-You-Go, Subscription, Metered Plan, or a custom rate) - Why the tiered Pay-As-You-Go rates were not applied?
- What rate per API call is supposed to apply under my current plan?
I would appreciate your help in understanding why the billed amount differs significantly from the public pricing structure.
