504 Gateway Timeout Error when Using startMerge

Hi Team,

I’m using async slide merge function and it sometimes lead to a 504 gateway timeout error when calling the API using the sample code below:

Error message:

[504] Server error: POST https://api.aspose.cloud/v3.0/slides/async/merge resulted in a 504 Gateway Time-out response:

504 Gateway Time-out

Another problem is even if the startMerge function succeeds, then when using the operation ID to query the status, it shows this error:

[404] Client error: GET https://api.aspose.cloud/v3.0/slides/async/f820413a-1f69-4525-a58f-d5625e1026d2/result resulted in a 404 Not Found response: {“requestId”:“720bfa99-1b63-4369-824c-1642a303a168”,“error”:{“code”:“ObjectDoesNotExist”,“message”:"Operation does not e (truncated…)

I can confirm the correct operation ID is passed during the API call.

Can you plase let me know if there is any problem on your end. I’ve tested multiple times without success. These problem started to occur quite a lot after we replace with new generated client secret which I’m not sure if could be a cause.

Thanks
