Our customer are experienceing 504 gateway errors consistently for the past 5 days. Some of the calls are taking nearly 2 minutes. Please see below, can you please advise as a matter of urgency

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will check the server logs for investigation. However, we will appreciate it if you please also share your sample code and document. It will help us to investigate and fix the exact issue.
@tilal.ahmad it is not a single document it is happening to all of our clients and is still occurring. No one can use our system for the past 3days. The code that has always worked has not been changed. It is your calls taking over 2 mins . Can you please look into this and update asap or we will have to terminate use of Aspose as soon as possible.

I am testing it with a document I have run through the system many times so it is nothing to do with the document and it is nothing to do with the code from our end as it was working fine last week.
