Clouds service appears to be completely unavailable. Getting 503 on all requests to convert a word docx into a PDF. Been happening since 14:15 EDT.
We encountered the same situation starting around 1 PM (Mountain Time).
Same issue here when trying to Convert Word to PDF.
com.aspose.words.cloud.ApiException: Service Unavailable
There was a cluster failure, which was fixed by the automation recovery process. I’m sorry for the inconvenience it caused.
