Haley from Sales Support suggested I post my issue here. We had a billing issue with unpaid invoices that has since been resolved after we updated the card on file. But we’re receiving a 400 error in the API logs still. Here are some screenshots of the error message. If anyone has insight on how to resolve, please let me know ASAP.
