400 Bad Request generating from a Creatio CRM environment

Hi Support,

We have issues generation PDF’s trough Creatio CRM.
This is the error we get. I tried regenerating the application secret but with no succes.

This indicates that the error occurred on the Aspose service side.

I did find one request from your subscription, and it was successful. The request was to convert the document. May I ask you to check the credentials you pass to the SDK? If they are correct, could you please try regenerating them?
