Thanks for your inquiry. The Aspose Doc Exporter plugin is working fine at our end. Please double check that you have specified correctly APP SID ad APP Key https://dashboard.aspose.cloud/applications in the plugin settings.
Furthermore, please confirm whether you are using free Aspose Cloud account https://dashboard.aspose.cloud/billing/subscription and you have enough credits for files processing. You may check My Usage tab in aspose.cloud dashboard https://dashboard.aspose.cloud/billing/api-usage for error details.
