Currently, we have multiple clients which are having difficulty converting their uploaded files over via the Cloud platform. I have attached several of the problem files and was wondering if anyone could give me an analysis of why this might be happening. Also, the file states that the conversion has failed and it is unable to be viewed within our system. Please let me know if there are any typical bugs which might be causing these files to fail.
