we are using Gotham fonts namely Gotham-Bold, Gotham-Book, Gotham-Regular are not working from word to pdf conversion. I have upload the fonts to CustomFonts folder but it is not working with the below word document

Can you tell me what is the issue which you have opened the ticket? is the font is not supported by aspose?
This issue is for investigation, I tested your document and fonts and reproduced this problem.
Well, it seems that your document is looking for another version of these fonts. I tried to download other versions, but some of them are not TTF, but OTF. However, the result document looks more like a docx.

we tried with Paid Gotham fonts with .ttf files and we got converted PDF documents matching with the .docx font. since it was working we want to know if we need to use paid fonts always? we have been using mix of free and paid fonts and this time the free font is not working.
You may use any fonts you think are better for your results.
