Once the issues are logged in bug tracking system, the product team starts reviewing them based on first come first serve basis and similar will be the sequence of investigation for earlier logged issue. Please note that unless the product team have started investigating the issue and have figured out the actual reasons behind this problem, we may not be able to share the timelines by which it will be resolved. However as soon as we have some definite updates, we will let you know.

We have introduced an API to create signature field in PDF document. Please check following API reference link with parameter details along with Node.js UnitTest to add signature field. Hopefully it will help you to create a valid signature field to accomplish your task.
