We are experiencing bad requests for all of our calls to slides/convert
. It seems to be a timeout. We are using direct api call, not any sdk. An example of a failure:
method: put
url: http://api.aspose.com/v1.1/slides/convert?format=pdf&appSID=<appId>&signature=<signature>

We have stopped experience this issue today, but we want to know what happened and how can we avoid such cases. Can you please help us understand the root cause?
Dates and times it happened are:
5th of December, between 18:56 to 23:59 - IL time.
6th of December, between 00:00 to 00:05 - IL time.

We can see the errors in the log, but we cannot reproduce them. Could you please share a presentation file that caused the failure?
