We have a metered subscription for Cloud (Words). We use this to convert .doc files to PDFs.
just received a report that the service was not working. I logged into
our account and to my horror found out that all our Apps and Storages
There is only “Default App 0” and “Aspose for Cloud Default Storage 0”.
The service has been billed and all bills have been paid on time.
Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause for this? And how do I recreate our Apps and Storages?
We have investigated and with the user from your primary account (which is email@example.com and not firstname.lastname@example.org) you should be able to see all your APPS and STORAGES from your account. Just be aware that non-primary users only see their data and not ACCOUNT data.
We have also fixed your storages since we saw the errors you retrieve in our logs, you should be able to use it successfully now.
It works now.
