Thanks for your inquiry. The Aspose Doc Exporter plugin is working fine at our end. Please double check that you have specified correctly APP SID ad APP Key in the plugin settings.
Furthermore, please confirm whether you are using free Aspose Cloud account and you have enough credits for files processing. You may check My Usage tab in aspose.cloud dashboard for error details.
