Get Word Count of Microsoft Word Document Aspose.Words REST API method issue

Hi, we just had problems doing conversions for a while. As a result of that 17 conversions did fail.

We would like to know what happened during that period, as don’t get notified when downtime is scheduled but also can’t check this ourselves.

The API returned the following message:

Failed converting word document with message: {“Message”:"User is undefined. AppSID: 1ee26-xxx-bb1d04, Version: API:1.1;PRODUCT:17.12.0.0;PRODUCT_CLOUD:17.12.0.0;, Method: GetDocumentStatistics. Previous exception: -------INNER EXCEPTION----------\r\nTimeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.\r\nInner Exception type: InvalidOperationException\r\nInner Exception Stacktrace:\r\n at System.Data.ProviderBase.DbConnectionFactory.TryGetConnection(DbConnection owningConnection, TaskCompletionSource1 retry, DbConnectionOptions userOptions, DbConnectionInternal oldConnection, DbConnectionInternal& connection)\r\n at System.Data.ProviderBase.DbConnectionInternal.TryOpenConnectionInternal(DbConnection outerConnection, DbConnectionFactory connectionFactory, TaskCompletionSource1 retry, DbConnectionOptions userOptions)\r\n at System.Data.Sq {clipped}
