Aspose connection downtime


Hi, we just had problems doing conversions for a while. As a result of that 17 conversions did fail.

We would like to know what happened during that period, as don’t get notified when downtime is scheduled but also can’t check this ourselves.

The API returned the following message:

We have shared the given information with our Platform team (BILLING-3924) and requested them to explain the reason behind this downtime. We will update you here once we have their feedback.



The downtime was because of a bug and our Platform team is working on a fix so that such issue would never reappear.
