Aspose Cloud dashboard for cloud storage management is down

Aspose Cloud is down. Please fix it asap, because our business makes use of it.

Logging in to the dashboard gives the following error:

Some changes were being pushed to live servers during weekend when there was less workload. Most of the time process is smooth but it looks like these changes affected a couple of customers including you on this occasion. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you please confirm if the issue has been fixed at your end?

The API seemed to function as normal after the web team fixed it this weekend. The only way I was able to contact you guys about this was via Facebook, maybe that could be improved.

Yes, you are right. Live support was not available because of weekend. You can post in forums and also send a private message in case of urgent issue. We are also improving our system to deal with such situations.
