[Cloud] Important: Not enough space on disk

There again is downtime on the Aspose Cloud service. This time the API is available, but we can not do anything because the “disk is full”. The first occurence of the errors in the logs was at 07/12/2015 10:44 AM:


Error: There is not enough space on the disk… Method: Upload the file… Parameters: path ‘5aa859aa8ea8adcec25aadcddccdf12176b77fd0.doc’, versionId ‘’, storage ''

Please solve this asap, we are not able to help customers at the moment. The problem is not in our own disk space, we remove the files after 24 hours already and only use 18MB at the moment.

Service was restarted during the weekend when there was less load on the servers. This affected some customers for 10-15 minutes however the issue was resolved after a few minutes. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

I’m sorry but this isn’t true. According to the logs we were not able to perform any API calls succesfully between 07/12/2015 10:44 AM and 07/12/2015 8:13 PM.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, you are right. In fact the issue was forwarded to the respective team a bit late. It took less time in resolution but all of the time was taken in communication.
